I feel passionately about relationships - our fundamental human need... to feel connected to others

Welcome

Sharing the space and time in a therapy session can give you the opportunity to talk and express your thoughts and experiences.

In a busy, digital world, I feel that face to face contact is as important as ever and offers you the opportunity, using my experience and training to facilitate you through your current relationship issues.

There are many reasons why we choose to seek talking therapy concerning our relationships, we might seek out support for the first time, or feel the need to re-visit an issue which remains unprocessed.

Most of us will naturally pull on our own resources in times of difficulty. We’ve perhaps lived in hope, been in denial, tried to cope alone, or relied on others. These are all valid and useful strategies, however, sometimes we perhaps find ourselves overwhelmed, confused, unsure and anxious… and other feelings. The dilemma might have been compounded over time, or maybe it’s fresh and raw.

Modern life can be socially complex as we interweave relationships whilst managing the demands and desires of everyday life.

Our life styles – modes of functioning, socialising, living, working, maintaining our many relationships have undergone much change over the past few decades. The norms of societal, cultural, sexual, technological and environmental are different and ever changing, re-defining how we conduct our relationships.
